Shipping Methods: First Class Mail - Limited Tracking - USA up to 13 Ounces. Priority Mail With Delivery Confirmation - USA, generally delivered within 3-6 working days, no guarantee. Refused, or returned packages will be charged a $6.00 service fee.

Next Day Service - Guaranteed arrival by 9pm local time starting at $24.95 Flat Rate PER ORDER USA. No refunds on returned, refused, or not home for delivery. "Days" refers to business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Saturday delivery is extra, please call to inquire.

Shipping Time/Service:

Cutoff time for Express shipments is 3 p.m. PST. Any express orders received after this time may be shipped the next business day. For all other delivery service levels, we generally ship the SAME BUSINESS DAY the order is placed if received by 3 p.m. PST, however, this is not guaranteed unless Express Shipping is requested per above. We really try to be as quick as possible since we understand you have made an important decision to order our products.

2-day service will arrive in 2 business days and may require someone to be present to receive the package. To determine when your package should arrive, begin counting the 2 days NOT including the day you placed the order. For example, if you place your order before 3 p.m. PST on a Friday, you can expect your shipment to arrive on the following Tuesday by 9 p.m. local time. At times we may have a back order on a product, and we will ship what we do have, with a note on back-ordered items.

International Orders:

Shipping for international orders including Canada start at $35.00 USD. No special shipping offers apply to international orders. Express service is not available for International Orders, and we are not responsible for customs delays, duty fees, confiscation, or local regulations.
